Talent Management

My talent roster is intentionally small. Unlike a typical agency, I work 1:1 with each of my clients to develop long-lasting relationships. I provide a nurturing space (backed by strategy, strong industry connections, and extensive experience) – for their careers to grow, thrive, and perform, on a high-level.

As a talent manager, I help my clients attract aligned brand partnerships, acquire new patronage and customers, increase their income, and implement content strategies that elevate their personal brands. I'm an outstanding negotiator and it's my goal to always present clients with the best possible opportunities.

Clients that I represent are divided into two classes, and include, but are not limited to:

Class 1:

  • Influencers

  • Photographers

  • Illustrators

  • Writers

  • Artists

Class 2:

  • Mental Health Professionals

  • Coaches

  • Energy Workers

  • Spiritualists (Astrologers, Witches)

  • Public Speakers

Please Review the Following Minimum Qualifications Before Reaching Out:

Class 1:

  • Earn at least $5k per month from your art, music, performances, courses, writing, partnerships or merchandising.

  • Have at least 5k followers on at least ONE social media platform (not combined).

  • Have existing, paid brand partnerships that you need assistance handling.

  • Looking for someone to ADD, but not completely generate or discover all new partnerships for you.

  • Be serious about your business and regard it as more than a hobby.

  • Have the necessary business infrastructure for management (i.e., you have a website, have publicly exhibited your work at least once (for visual artists), or you have a product, etc).

 

Class 2:

  • Have your own private practice (for mental health professionals) or a spirituality/wellness-based business.

  • Earn at least $7k per month from your business (may include private clients, courses, events, speaking engagements, etc),

  • Have at least 4k followers on at least ONE social media platform (not combined).

  • Have existing, paid brand partnerships that you need assistance handling.

  • Looking for someone to ADD, but not completely generate or discover all new partnerships for you.

  • Have the necessary business infrastructure for management (i.e., you have a website, existing clientele, a product, etc).
