I’m Bella Graham — a Technical Product Marketing strategist operating at the intersection of product, narrative, and market perception for complex and emerging technologies.

I work with founders, product leaders, and organizations to translate complex technology into clear product narratives, go-to-market strategy, and strategic communications that drive adoption, trust, and growth.

​I’ve led product marketing, growth, and narrative strategy across trust-driven platforms and emerging technologies — including messaging apps, social networks, fintech, Web3, and encrypted systems, as well as wellness and beauty brands.

​My work focuses on translating early ideas into structured, market-facing systems that can scale.

With a foundation in Agile product development, I partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure strategy is grounded in how products are actually built and experienced.

My work increasingly explores how product marketing frameworks can be operationalized through tools and systems.

​

For instance, I recently built Narrative Lab, a prototype which translates technical product descriptions into positioning frameworks and product messaging — transforming abstract marketing strategy into an interactive system.

    Led product marketing for a decentralized platform with 20M+ users and advised an end-to-end encrypted messaging platform — shaping go-to-market strategy, defining core messaging, and designing activation systems across product and growth.

    Drove brand and growth strategy for an astrology and wellness platform with 2M+ DAUs, improving engagement, retention, and lifecycle touchpoints.

    Consulted for social commerce platforms, integrating video, creator ecosystems, and partnerships to strengthen product discovery and audience trust.

    Built brand partnerships and large-scale activations for companies including Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royce, and Google — leading immersive campaigns that connected brand, culture, and audience.​

I’m drawn to working with founders and teams building at the edge of culture, technology, and the human experience — particularly women-led companies shaping new categories across tech, fintech, Web3, privacy, wellness, and beauty.

 

Alongside this, I work closely with mission-driven brands, creatives, and entrepreneurs building businesses rooted in mental health, healing, and personal development. This includes supporting coaches, therapists, founders, and artists as they translate their work into structured offers, platforms, and experiences that resonate both emotionally and commercially.

 

Across both worlds, my role remains the same: bringing clarity, structure, and narrative precision to ideas that are often complex, personal, or ahead of the market.
